I would like to enquire about Business visa B-1 type. I am Indian with Permanent Czech Residency(Trvaly pobyt) living in the Czech republic for the last 5 years. I am married to a Czech citizen. I work for a Czech company situated in Olomouc. Our company is going to participate in an Exhibition in New Orleans
I will be attending this show, what is the procedure? how many days before should I apply? What documents should I prepare? Can I do it online like other Czech citizens as I have a permanent residency for Czech.

You are NOT a czech citizen. Czechs are now included in the Visa Waiver Program, but India is not. It doesn't matter where you live, you are an Indian citizen. Why don't you go to the source and ask at the US Embassy or look online at their website, instead of asking for "amateur" help here?
