Hello Sue, not sure of the exact address, but if your hotel is in Prague 10, easiest would be to take a taxi, more expensive, if you are however adventurous, you can take the airport bus to Dejvicka metro stop (20 mins) and the green line (A) all the way to strasnicka (2nd from the end) also about 20 minutes and walk to the hotel, below is a map link

As far as "markets" go, the ones downtown are open every day so you can really enjoy your shopping experience...

As I said easiest is a taxi, probably close to 600, maybe even 700 czk, another option is the Airport Shuttle vans, takes a bit longer, but costs 150 czk per person, you basically share a van with other visitors and they drop you off one by one, usually adds an additional 30 minutes to your journey. One positive thing is you get to see the city as you will start downtown and move your way out.
Otherwise, as I said, take the bus from the airport 119 (takes about 20 minutes) to Dejvicka, make sure you buy your ticket from the yellow box at the bus stop, 20 krowns. Be sure to stamp it in the yellow ticket punching machine on the bus. Then take the metro to Strasnicka, also about 20 minutes. Total cost is 20 czk per person, so if you are looking to save money, this is the best and most cost effective way to go. |

Yes the shuttle will drop you off at your hotel. The van is right when you walk out of the airport. Have a look at the below article for tips, and Czech of course is the native language however you can get by in most places with English.

I am not sure of Todd's "you can get by in most places with English" .. you can definitely get by, but think it involves gestrues, pointing, etc..
Or maybe should be phrased you can get by in most places with English in the tourist areas.. |

There is no metro Stechovicka, you are however 4 minutes walk from Strasnicka metro. In terms of the location, well, I wouldn't see much reason to hang out there, its basically out of the city proper, so spend your time in the center (10-15 minutes away) and take the last metro or night tram home. |
