Asian girl travelling alone to Prague

Hiya I'm from Hong Kong and I will be having my trip to Central/Eastern Europe in September and Prague will be one of my destinations too. I'm only interested in visiting churches, museums and zoos, any suggestions on where to visit? :)

Also, I have read a previous post about black people in Prague, but how about Asian girls? Would it be safe to travel alone in Prague(and also countries nearby Czech, especially Slovakia) as an Asian girl? I am a bit worried about racism after reading a news about a Chinese man and his daughter got killed and robbed in Italy, and my small size(I'm kinda the size of a 12 year-old and maybe 10 by Western standard...) would make me quite an easy target to pick on :/ My friend who has been to Czech before told me not to use my smartphone in public but I was hoping to use it to help me navigate and to take photos as well...
