Hello,

As I'm in Prague 3-4 months a year, teaching, I thought it was about time that I finally sort out an opencard.

As I'm based in the UK, does anyone know whether I can apply for an opencard from abroad? I'd like to have one with me when I am next in Prague, a few months from now.
