Will there be snow in Prague at Christmas?

Ok, it's crystal ball time.. will it snow at Christmas? I hear that if "St. Catherine's day is on ice, Christmas is on mud" but I forgot to check the weather forecast on that day so please tell me what happened?

The forecast for November 25th was for a daytime high of between -1 and 3 degrees Celsius. Does that qualify as "on ice"?
