AR Analyst with Italian - TOP Consumer Brands Company

Apply for a position of an AR Accounting Analyst inand become involved with the following activities:

prepare and analyze aging reports and debtors overviews
export a list of unpaid customer invoices and run an analysis on their status in the system
contact customers, mostly via email, regarding any discrepancies in payments or receipt of the invoice
participate in cash application activities
conduct regular suspense account and customer account reconciliations
prepare and execute clearing of customer deductions
ensure compliance with SOX and internal rules
prepare supporting analyses for external auditors

Requirements:
REQUIEREMENTS

Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in AR, credit analysis, credit control, cash collection or cash application
Advanced English (will be used in both written and spoken form)
Fluent Italian
Comfortable with using Excel (pivot tables, if, sum if)
