Job description

What are the main responsibilities?

The candidate will take responsibility over:

- general administrative duties such as coordinating meetings/events, securing purchase orders, processing invoices,
- supporting sales teams and managers in their routine
- translation of documents
- communication with partners, vendors, internal communication with colleagues, providing guidance to employees on administrative procedures
- providing support on process improvement regarding administration and operational processes


Who are we looking for?

...basically it´s you, who have:

- very good knowledge of English language(daily communication)
- great communication skills, commitment and initiative
- good computer skills - especially good at MS Office (PPT, EXCEL)
- experience on a similiar position is strongly appreciated here!
