Your main responsibilities on this position will be:

• Creation and issuing of the Purchase Orders to suppliers
• Data validation, pre-approvals processing
• Cooperation with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, Business and Finance
• Verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided
• Creates purchase orders
• Purchase order processing
• Resolution of queries
• Compliance with the company´s Procurement policies
• Distribution of completed purchase orderes to suppliers
• Administrative tasks (archiving, filing etc.)
