Contractor Service Coordinator

Job description

Contractor Services Coordinator has the responsibility to deliver best-in-class services to identify, competitively source, monitor, and oversee agency management.
Detailed responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Become client partner regarding existing regulatory environment and potential changes for financial, legal, and risk implications
  • Responsibility for the effectiveness and efficiency of the contractor services operations
  • Leverage global process and country-specific requirements to source new contingent workers, amend or transition contingent workers to the process
  • Maintain productivity and communication tools, forms and other required documentation for operations
  • Communicate performance of agencies including controls requirements and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify and resolve performance related issues with the company´s managemen
  • Conduct controls compliance reviews
  • Identify cost reduction, process and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Implement appropriate strategies

  • Knowledge of business operations
  • Knowledge of procurement process
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable with uncertainty; ability to manage conflict
  • Adaptation to regulatory environment and market changes
  • Ability to foster teamwork and relationships
