Contract Specialist with French – Pursue in Procurement

One of our greatest clients is looking for an experienced Contract specialist where you would be responsible for the end-to-end contract lifecycle, gain more experience, climb the ladder, grow personally, and within the company.

Your tasks would include but wouldnt be limited to:

• Draft, Review and negotiate contracts (SoW, Amendments, etc.)
• Ensuring high quality checking deliverables
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities (manage documents in database, renewals, extension, negotiations, terminations etc.)
• Prepare audits
• Evaluate team-members performance
• Support TL by implementing and sustaining process
• Ad-hoc

Requirements:

• Fluent English and French
• At least related Bachelor's degree preferred (Economics, Business, Finance, or similar)
• min. 2 years experience in Procurement
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (with client, supplier, stakeholder)
• Detail oriented
• Good command of MS Office (Word + Excel)
• Knowledge of legal concepts, contractual terms and contract management tools
