IT support/helpdesk (ERP systems)

Job description

As an IT helpdesk for ERP systems you will be:

✔ improving ERP system and other processes automation solutions

✔ working closely with developers

✔ providing functional and technical knowledge related to internal systems from developers to end users

✔ analyzing incoming request for app support and find the solution



As an ideal candidate you should:

✔ have at least 1 year experience in helpdesk support position

✔ be advanced English skills, Czech language is an advantage

✔ be experienced in working with ERP systems
