IT SUPPORT for 6 months in the international company

Your responsibilities will be:

Providing IT support (L1, L2) to internal customers on daily basis
Consulting on IT solutions based on customer needs
Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
Troubleshooting and maintaining onsite IT equipment

Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-time for 6 months
Location: Prague 9Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
Passion for IT and for learning new things
Knowledge in IT hardware (CISCO, printers, network etc.)
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Customer oriented and proactive attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
