La Película 2016

Spanish-language film festival La Pelicula kicks off at Prague’s Světozor cinema on Tuesday, February 16th.

Now in its 11th edition, the festival, organized by Cervantes Institute, the Spanish Embassy in Prague, and Světozor cinema, will screen the best of most recent Spanish cinema.
Highlights to look out for this year include Omega 3, a Cuban science fiction film, Beautiful Youth, a drama about a young unemployed couple struggling to start their lives in economically-depressed Spain, and Nothing in Exchange, the story of a teenage runaway from Madrid.
