Prague TV Acquires Prague Monitor

Site News

Prague TV is happy to announce the acquisition of the respected daily news product the Prague Monitor.

The takeover took effect on November 1, 2009, bringing the Prague Monitor website and the Prague Daily Monitor email into the Prague TV family.

In order to maintain the Monitor's objectivity and integrity, both the website and email will continue to be produced by existing Monitor staff members.

"Through this acquisition, we're confident that we can better serve English-speakers in the Czech Republic and beyond, and plan to launch a range of exciting new products in the near future," said Prague TV director Todd Benson.
