New Year’s Eve celebrations up in the sky
New Year at the Žižkov Television Tower
This year’s celebration of the New Year at the Žižkov Television Tower will be accompanied by monumental fireworks, great music, luxurious gastronomy and a unique entertainment programme.
It has become an established tradition that guests can chose whether to spend the last night of the year in the OBLACA Restaurant or in the Observatory of TOWER PARK PRAHA. The decision is not an easy one, because each celebration will be unique with different concepts.
At 7 p.m. the OBLACA Restaurant, located 66 meters high in the sky, will serve a welcome drink followed by a festive six-course tasting menu of the finest delicacies put together by our chef, Mr. Rudolf Nikolai. Guests will spend the last few hours of the old year up in the clouds, with the most spectacular view of lit-up Prague, listening to live music and enjoying the barmen’s molecular mixology drinks, the sommelier’s broad offer of wines and the magician’s gastronomical magic performance. Come midnight, visitors will enjoy the display of a breath-taking fireworks directly from the OBLACA Restaurant against the backdrop of hundreds of other fireworks visible in the rest of the city.
The Observatory of TOWER PARK PRAHA, located 93 metres high in the sky, will open at 8 p.m. Guests will be seated at large banquet tables and enjoy an unforgettable view and a selection of drinks from our bars – all drinks will be all-inclusive together with a premium banquet. A DJ will entertain the guests with music from the 80’s and 90’s until the early morning hours. Similarly like in the OBLACA Restaurant, the Observatory’s windows too will be lit up by the amazing midnight fireworks display.
Tickets for these celebrations can be bought in advance at the reception of TOWER PARK PRAHA, via Ticketstream (OBLACA Restaurant / Observatory) or SMSticket. Should you require any more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
