La Bottega di Finestra
Press Release: An authentic Italian food store/bistro opens in central Prague
Riccardo Lucque and Ondřej Rákosník recently opened La Bottega di Finestra, a new shop/bistro offering traditional Italian delicacies near the La Finestra restaurant.
At the front of the shop, which operates as a bistro, you can order breakfast from 7:30am every day, enjoy Giani Frasi coffee, have a quick lunch from the daily menu, or simply buy food to take away. A wide range of wines, salamis, Parma hams and cheeses are available to enjoy at your leisure, in a relaxed and authentically Italian environment.
Fresh meat and fish, delivered daily, is available at the back of the shop, where there's also an unusual box for curing meat. In addition, you can buy authentic Italian pastries, which are freshly baked every day by Mimmo, our baker from Altamura in southern Italy, and taste the desserts prepared by Italian confectioner Danilo.
"We wanted to offer our customers a unique dining experience, with the best products, so that they can enjoy an authentic Italian atmosphere in the center of Prague," explained owner and Chef Riccardo Lucque. "That's why we opened a shop with a bistro, where you can enjoy an Italian breakfast or buy lunch to take with you."
La Bottega's Suppliers and Business Associates
