J.J. Murphy’s Online Special Offers
One of the top Irish bars in Prague provides new special offers online
In central Mala Strana beneath the castle, in an area filled with embassies, restaurants, cafes and more can be found J.J. Murphy’s, one of the top Irish bars in Prague.
Inhabited by locals, expats and tourists alike they serve a range of drinks including, of course, Guinness and Irish whiskies (such as the award-winning Red Breast). Various spirits are available too and staff are happy to create whatever cocktail customers desire. It’s not just drinks though as JJ’s have a daily express lunch menu, early bird dinner menu and daily specials as well as the normal food menu.
Recently they have started providing online special offers for regulars and new customers. All people have to do is visit the ‘Special Offers’ section of the J.J. Murphy’s website, which gives details on what the offer is and a special password for that week. Customers then need to say the password before ordering so the deal works.
“It’s basically because we made a new website and I want to bring people to the website in order to receive the password,” says manager Derek Irwin. “It is to create awareness about the new website for visitors and they can also check what sports are being shown and what else is on in the pub while they are there. I also advertise this on the Facebook page with a link to the site.”
Live sport including Premier League football, rugby league and union, golf, cricket and American sports too can all be viewed regularly in J.J. Murphy’s, and they have other events such as a Thanksgiving menu in the coming weeks. There are also opportunities for parties and with Christmas soon to arrive, expect it to get busy.
