
Ginfest marks its fourth year
The festival aimed at the general public offers tastings and seminars
This fun and educational event celebrates the juniper drink and is aimed at the general public. Visitors can look forward to the broadest selection of gins and tonics from all over the world, all at one place, Apart from tasting, gin lovers can participate in educational seminars. Ginfest by Barlife is organized by Barlife, a professional magazine about the beverage industry published since 2004.
Gin’s popularity keeps growing steadily. According to data of the analytic company IWSR, the year-on-year increase in imported gins in the Czech Republic was 15 percent last year. The growth of this trend can be detected in the popularity of Ginfest by Barlife; the event is attended by more and more visitors as well as more exhibitors, whose gin portfolio keeps getting broader.
