Applicants for cabin crew positions must be willing to relocate to Doha

Qatar Airways is hiring and has a local job event in Prague on Feb. 24. The air carrier, based in Doha, is looking for cabin crew for full-time positions/ They offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Applicants must also be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.

The national air carrier says that people who join them will have a career that is really “going places,” as they have over 150 international destinations across the globe.

The air carrier stresses that it is not your typical job offer, as cabin crew members can have “dinner in Paris, lunch in New York and breakfast in Montreal,” while cruising around the world at 12,000 meters.

Qatar Airways is a global five-star airline and positions itself as a leader in airline hospitality. “On the ground and in the air we offer our customers a powerful approach to service. Our Cabin Crew are Qatar Airways' Ambassadors to the world,” the airline states.

The Qatar Airways Cabin Crew team is looking for candidates who can deliver on the stated mission to provide excellence in everything they do. Members of the Cabin Crew Team and enjoy a tax-free remuneration package including accommodation, allowances, and transportation for duty.

There are several requirements. Minimum age is 21. Minimum arm reach is 212 cm on tiptoes.

Applicants must have at least a high school education with fluency in written and spoken English.

Health and fitness must be excellent. An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a multinational team is a must.

The hiring event is Feb. 24 at 9 am sharp at NH Prague City hotel, Mozartova 261/1 in Prague 5, near the Anděl metro stop. Note that the Anděi stop is undergoing renovations, and only the far exit at Na Knížecí is open, so allow enough time to walk the extra distance.

The dress code for the event is formal business attire. People must submit CVs in person. Applicants should bring a CV, a passport photocopy, a passport size photo in business attire and without glasses, a full-size color photo and copy of the highest level education certificate achieved.

Qatar Airways is the state-owned flag carrier of Qatar and is headquartered in the Qatar Airways Tower in Doha. The airline operates a network linking destinations across Africa, Central Asia, Europe, Far East, South Asia, Middle East, North America, South America and Oceania from its base at Hamad International Airport.
