A healthy life starts with BIG food - Levi (Germany) & David (Germany)

Colours of Prague, a new interview series lets you meet interesting people in the Czech capital

Levi and David are members of a community farm in Mšecké Žehrovice, near Prague. Together with about 40 other people, they’ve created a bio farm that makes a wide variety of fresh produce for themselves and for others.

Their coming to the Czech Republic was driven by many factors, but mostly the openness of people and the almost unlimited opportunities they found here. Bio-farming is deeply rooted in their hearts, and daily work is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle for body and mind. During weekdays, they sell their tasty vegetables, herbs and fruits at Prague’s farmers markets in Jiřího z Poděbrad or Kobylisy. As their farm is a part of a global network of like-minded people, they also offer global, seasonal bio produces either as fresh ingredients or as ready-to-eat mixtures like pesto, oils or juices.

Just go and stop by at their stand at the farmers market. They are open for a nice chat and always have something tasty to try. They also invite everyone to visit their “Preserved Seed Farm” personally.
