GDPR - the new rules for personal data protection

ABOUT THE EVENT

This meetup shall be focused on GDPR (13.02.2018), EU regulation as the new framework for personal data processing. GDPR affects almost everyone who uses personal data for their work, especially IT providers, marketing companies or other companies where the knowledge of the customer is essential or important. Jan Bárta will talk not only about the legal aspects but also about the practical side how to implement GDPR in the processes.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Jan Bárta is an attorney-at-law operating mostly in the field of intellectual property. He has experiences with great IT solutions and brand protection for big corporate entities as well as with helping start-ups to activate their business and develop their intellectual property solutions from the legal point of view.
