Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cook, the Riccardo Lucque Cooking School Laboratorio is here just for you. Riccardo is the owner and the chef of the Prague restaurants Aromi and La Finestra.

Our courses are designed for beginners and those who have desire to constantly expand their knowledge and improve their practical skills in the kitchen. Our cooking courses allow you to experience the lifestyle of sunny Italy. You will learn to cook authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in a casual, friendly environment. Be like native Italians; enjoy your time spent in the kitchen with real passion, just so you can elevate cooking to a veritable feast.

We’ll introduce you to basic cooking methods and tricks of the professionals. We'll teach you how to choose the right ingredients and turn them into dishes that make you a favourite hostess among your friends.

Our Cooking Courses are held in our new studio, Laboratorio, Scuola di Cucina, in Krocinova Street near the National theatre. It’s under the professional guidance of the best chefs of Aromi and La Finestra restaurants as well as of La Bottega bistro and shops and also chefs from the best Prague restaurants.

The Cooking Courses under the name of the chef Riccardo Lucque have been held regularly since 2009 and follow the previously existing culinary history of this famous Prague restaurateur. The primary impetus for the concept of cooking courses were some links for Italian cuisine enthusiasts, who like to do their shopping in La Bottega and are lovers of Italian cuisine.

Anchoring courses at Miele showroom and expanding of course´s business

Initially, the courses were prepared for applicants once a month. The number of courses, however, gradually increased. The courses’ organization was not possible in the restaurants for technical reasons, so the suitable external spaces were rented. In January 2011, we began working closely with Miele, which provided us with an exclusive Prague showroom space for the Riccardo Lucque´s Cooking Courses. Permanent facilities and great popularity of courses led us to expend our course business. We started organizing courses, team building events, unique birthday parties, product presentations of companies, press conferences or product cooking of Kenwood Cooking Chef in cooperation with companies De'Longhi and Kenwood. All in the form of cooking courses for corporate clients and general public.

New services and corporate clients

Other improvement of the cooking courses is interactive served dinners, home chef service, catering to different forms of the chef presence. This additional offer of cooking courses was very appreciated not only by corporate clients, but also by our business partners as MaxMara, Marella, Price Waterhous Coopers, Vertu,

Recently we started to cooperate with the agency Exclusive Tours, which offers cooking classes as a suitable alternative to the accompanying program for foreigners visiting the Czech Republic. Our clients are for example Fin centrum, Engine, ČSOB, RWE Transgas, Law Firm Bláha, headquarters of AWD, Transconsult International, Vitana, White & Case, Hewlett Packard, Deloitte, Schaeffler group, AVG.
