Privacy policy
What prague.tv does, and does not do, with your data (last updated 12 October 2026).
This policy was last updated 12 October 2026. It describes what happens when you read prague.tv.
What we collect
- We show no third-party advertising and use no advertising trackers.
- We do not run user accounts, comments or sign-up forms, and we do not collect your name or e-mail address through the site.
- We use no analytics service at the moment. If we add one, we will describe it here first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, it processes technical server logs (for example your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site, keep it secure and find faults. We use these logs only for those purposes.
On your device
- If you choose a light or dark theme, the choice is saved in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.
- The “Listen” button uses your browser’s built-in speech feature. The article text is read on your device; some browsers use an online voice from the browser vendor, whose own privacy rules then apply.
Links to other sites
Our articles link to official sources, and some pages link to websites owned by our publisher (see the ownership page). When you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. Links to the publisher’s sites are plain links; we do not pass any data about you to them.
Your rights
You have the rights given by the GDPR, including access, correction and erasure of personal data, and the right to object. Write to us at Details being registered. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
